Registrations

All guests must register at the office upon arrival.

All rents are due and payable in advance.

Regulations

  • The posted speed limit inside the park is 5 mph. 
  • Quiet time is 10pm to 7am.  Please be considerate. 
  • All RV's must be self-contained and sewer hose must be securely fastened to our sewer receptacle.
  • No alcoholic beverages, pets or smoking is allowed in any of the indoor facilities. 
  • All Pets must be kept on a leash at all times outside your RV. Please do not walk your dog in or behind any occupied sites. Please clean up after your pets.  A $25.00 fee will be charged if not cleaned up. Guests who have dogs that show aggressive behavior or continuous barking will be asked to leave the park.
  • ONLY gas fire pits are allowed in the park
 

Standard Year-Round Rates:

Daily$45 plus tax

Weekly$250 plus tax

Monthly$450.00  plus electric (14 cent/kwh) $100 electric deposit

Discounts

 Good Sam Club 10%  on daily stays

 Military 10% on daily and weekly stays 

We need a credit card guarantee for all advance reservations. The first night that you guarantee is not refundable if you cancel your reservation. A credit card and drivers license is also required at check in. 

Rates are based on four guests for daily stays. Occupancy is 2 adults for monthly stay and no children over 1 year are allowed on monthly stays.

Pets are limited to two (2) per site for extended stays and aggressive dogs are not allowed in our RV Park.

Liabilities

All park facilities and equipment of the park are intended for the convenience of our guests. Any person using these facilities does so at their own risk. 

The management is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage due to fire, theft, wind, flood, or personal negligence.

 

Termination to tenancy

Termination can be caused by violation of park rules and regulations or for unreasonable conduct. 

Blue Valley RV Park is not under any tenant law. We want to keep our park a place that can be enjoyed by everyone.

Our story

 

IT ALL STARTED WHEN...

Our parents, Danny and Maysel got the inspiration 13 years ago to open an RV park. Well known in the community for being farmers, this was a new venture for them but one that was exciting and fulfilling. 

They built and opened the park in 2005 and enjoyed 9 years of serving their guests and building friendships along the way. In 2014 the park was passed onto the next generation, their children Dean & Toni, Duane & Diane and Ernie & Elaina. Since taking over the park the siblings have been able to make many upgrades and new technologies to better serve their guests.
