Registrations: All guests must register at the office upon arrival. Guests must register their visitors upon arrival.

Please notify the office when you plan to leave. All rents are due and payable in advance.

Regulations:

1. The posted speed limit inside the resort is 5 mph.
2. Quiet time is 10 pm to 8 am. Please be considerate.
3. No alcoholic beverages or smoking is allowed in any of the indoor resort facilities.
4. All pets must be walked on a leash. Please keep your pet quiet and clean up after it. No pets are allowed in Resort building. Small pets [under 50 lbs.] only, please.

Liability: All resort facilities and equipment of the resort are intended for the convenience of our guests. Any person using these facilities does so at their own risk. The management is not responsible for accidents, injuries or damage due to fire, theft, wind, flood, or personal negligence.

Termination of tenancy: Termination can be caused by violation of resort rules and regulations or for unreasonable conduct. We want to keep our Resort a place that everyone can enjoy.
